The Honda Prologue, Honda's first dedicated EV for the U.S. market, had a strong start in 2024. Despite launching in the latter half of the year, it secured 33,017 sales, ranking as the sixth best-selling EV in the country. Now, Honda is making the 2025 Prologue even more appealing with a new front power unit that enhances both performance and efficiency.

Power and Performance Upgrades

Available in both front-wheel-drive (FWD) and all-wheel-drive (AWD) configurations, the 2025 Prologue benefits from increased output. The FWD model now generates 220 horsepower (+8 hp) and 243 lb-ft of torque (+7 lb-ft). Despite the power increase, efficiency improves, with range extending to 308 miles per charge.

AWD models also see enhancements, now delivering 300 horsepower (+12 hp) and 355 lb-ft of torque (+25 lb-ft). The EX and Touring trims gain 13 miles of additional range (now 294 miles), while the top-tier Elite trim reaches 283 miles (+10 miles).

The 2025 Prologue pricing remains competitive:

  • EX FWD: $48,850 (+$55 from 2024)
  • Touring FWD: $53,150
  • AWD upgrade (EX & Touring): +$3000
