Two powertrains have been reported. The standard version uses a 1.6-litre turbo-petrol engine rated at 193hp and 265Nm, paired with an eight-speed automatic gearbox. The hybrid version uses the same 1.6-litre turbo-petrol engine with Hyundai’s next-generation hybrid system. Hyundai’s claimed combined output for that version is 245hp, while its claimed fuel-efficiency figure is 17.4 kmpl.
